This cookbook teaches you all the basics to core recipes so that you can explore and create your own, once you know the essential ingredients and the ratio of one ingredient to another.

It’s great for breads, cookies, cakes, muffins, sauces.  And for me, as I translate and test my grandmother’s old recipes, I can follow the guidelines to make sure I have the measurements correct.
